Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
- →We use your training activity — the plays you study and the decisions you make — to build your development profile and personalize your training. That's the whole point of AJP360.
- →What you write in Mental Edge is private to you. Your coaches and parents can't see it.
- →We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
- →If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to be okay with you using AJP360.
- →You can ask us to show you your data or delete it at any time.
This is a plain-language summary, not a replacement for the full policy below.
1. Who we are
AJP360 (“AJP360,” “we,” “us”) provides an athlete development platform that turns a coach’s playbook into cognitive training, decision scenarios, and performance tools for basketball athletes. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, applications, and related services (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — the email address and password you use to create an account, and the role you select (coach or athlete).
- Profile information — information you choose to provide, such as an athlete’s position(s), specialties, development goals, jersey number, and team affiliation.
- Coach Content — playbooks and related materials a coach uploads so the Service can generate training tools. This belongs to the coach or program.
- Training activity — responses to scenarios, scores, progress, and other interactions you have with the Service, which form an athlete’s longitudinal development profile.
- Technical information — basic log and device information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) generated automatically when you use the Service, used for security and to operate the platform.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as government identifiers, and we ask that you not upload such information into the Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Generate training scenarios, diagrams, feedback, and analytics for athletes and their coaches;
- Maintain an athlete’s development profile so progress can be tracked over time;
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse;
- Communicate with you about the Service, including important notices;
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How we use artificial intelligence
The Service uses a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate training content. Information needed to fulfill a request is sent to the AI provider to produce a response and is processed on a request-by-request basis. We do not permit your Coach Content or athlete data to be used to train third-party AI models. AI-generated content is for training and educational purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Children and minors
The Service is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
For athletes between 13 and 17, we rely on the athlete’s coach or program — and the athlete’s parent or guardian — to authorize participation. We limit the information we collect about minors to what is needed to provide athletic training. A parent or guardian may:
- Request to review the personal information we hold about their child;
- Request correction or deletion of that information;
- Withdraw consent and ask that we stop further collection or use.
To make any of these requests, contact us through your team or program, or the support channel in the Service, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Within your team. A coach can see the training activity and profile of athletes on their team; athletes see their own data. This is core to how the Service works.
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the platform, who process information on our behalf under contractual protections (see below).
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
- Business transfers. If AJP360 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
7. Our key service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on the following providers to deliver the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Anthropic — AI processing to generate training content.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (such as sign-in and team invites).
- Sentry — error monitoring, which processes technical information such as IP addresses when something goes wrong.
These providers process information on our behalf to operate the Service. We may update this list as our infrastructure evolves.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then for a reasonable period as required for legal, security, or operational purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to receive a copy of it. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through your team or program or the support channel in the Service. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and row-level data isolation so teams and athletes can only access data they are permitted to see. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
11. Data location
We operate in North America, and information is processed and stored on infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service develops. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
13. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact AJP360 through the contact address provided to your team or program, or through the support channel made available in the Service.
