Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AJP360 (“AJP360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the AJP360 website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a team, club, school, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.

The Service is designed for use by basketball coaches, their athletes, and program administrators. The Service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. The Service is not directed to and may not be used by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Athletes who are minors (under 18). If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may use the Service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only after a coach or program has invited you and your parent or guardian has permitted your participation. A parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor’s information at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Coaches and administrators. If you invite athletes who are minors, you represent that you have a legitimate coaching or program relationship with those athletes and that you have obtained any parental or guardian consent required by your program, your organization’s policies, and applicable law before inviting them.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account using someone else’s identity without authorization.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The Service lets coaches upload playbooks, schemes, and related materials (“Coach Content”) so the Service can generate training scenarios and learning tools for athletes. As between you and AJP360, you retain all ownership of your Coach Content.

By uploading Coach Content, you grant AJP360 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content solely to provide and operate the Service for you and your team — for example, to generate training scenarios, diagrams, and analytics for your athletes. We do not sell your Coach Content, and we do not use your Coach Content to train third-party artificial intelligence models. Coach Content is scoped to your team and is not made publicly searchable.

You represent that you have the right to upload your Coach Content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party or any agreement you are bound by.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, including any minor.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate training scenarios, diagrams, feedback, and other materials. AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect and is provided for training and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified coach, and it is not medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

AJP360 provides athletic training and educational tools. It does not provide medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional services. If you or an athlete is dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, consult a qualified professional. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

The Service is provided on a beta basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also limit or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes when we can, but we are not obligated to.

The current beta is offered at no charge to invited participants. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will present the applicable pricing and terms before you incur any charge.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we discontinue the Service, or as needed to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJP360 AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold AJP360 harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Coach Content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where AJP360 is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
